Boarding Information

All dogs must be vaccinated against Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough. Proof of these vaccinations and the dates they were administered will need to be provided on arrival. Kennel Cough needs to be vaccinated 10 days before arrival and within a year.

All dogs must up to date with worming and defleaing on arrival.

To ensure all new dogs are happy they come to Wheats Farm for a two night stay to help them settle, for day boarders we arrange day visits. Our focus is always on the wellbeing of the dogs in our care.

We agree on a drop off and collection time when you make your booking, so we have one family arriving at a time.
Opening Times
Monday To Saturday - Between 9.30am - 12pm and 4pm - 6pm
Sundays & Bank Holidays - We are open between 4pm - 6pm for collection only
Closed - Christmas Day, Boxing Day & Easter Sunday
Last minute travel changes are understood.

There is no minimum or maximum length of stay with us, we are pleased to have your dogs for whatever period you require.

We recommend you bring your dog’s food to ensure they have consistency in their diet. However if you would like us to provide this please let us know when you book, food will be provided and charged accordingly.

With your permission we love to give your dog’s treats when they stay with us! If you prefer your dog to have their own treats, please provide on arrival.

Dog bowls are provided. We prefer you to bring your dogs bedding and suggest its not washed to provide them with scent familiarisation to help them settle. It can also help if you bring an item of your clothing with you as your scent will comfort them further.
All bedding should be washable and fit a standard washing machine.

Dogs are very welcome bring toys, Squeekies can be confiscated!!

We administer prescribed medication as required, please handover with detailed instructions on arrival.

We reserve the right to request your dog is seen by a vet should we have any concerns about their health on arrival, further to this should your dog be unwell during their stay at the kennels we reserve the right to seek medical advice.
All payment for the above will be charged to the owner and settled on departure.

You are very welcome at bring written information about your dog to include; quirks and things they do and dont like. It helps us if we know as much as possible about each boarder.
